Photoshop action that does this?

Photoshop action
If i have a graphic created, say for example, a square, I would like to create a script that

would read an external document that contains information like the following:

"123 Vernon Street"
"345 Exile Court
"3456 Yogurt Lane"
"44344 Respite Ave"
"21267 Gugenhiem Road"
.
.
.

and then takes that information and puts in onto the graphic in a formatted way (positioned onto the graphic centered, for example).

The external document may have between 25 - 100 different addresses. The graphic will only be able to hold a certain amount of addresses (x), so after the graphic is filled with that number(x), another graphic would need to be created for the remaining addresses, and so on.

How does one accomplish this?

Bit locker error... please help.?

today a friend downloaded a .txt file on my computer and i later looked at it and it said it was about 8.4mb... which is incredibly large for a text file. i did put it into microsoft word and it said there was about 30,000 pages and roughly 1million words if that helps... but i just don't know if there could somehow be a keylogger or virus hidden in that .txt file seeing it was so large.. i use firefox, and when to the downloads window and right clicked the original download, but it did not allow me to open the file or open the containing folder... i deleted it off of the downloads window i did a full virus scan on my computer and nothing came up- i also tried to do a system restore but it told me my anti virus program was preventing it from working. i disabled my anti-virus program and tried it again but system restore still didn't work. i use norton anti-virus. long story short, from the information provided, i would like to know if i could possibly have a keylogger on my computer,...

hi,
another way of doing it....
1. use the marque tool with a high feathering....
2. the black pain brush with a low opacity
3. then move it behind the the bottom of the box ..

I'm pretty sure I know where you are overlooking something. Open your image. Desaturate. Then in the history pallete, click on the small square box and the history brush icon is now on the layered state when you first opened your image. Grab the history brush, i had mine set on the default white - and start to paint.

What i could really use help on is the Revellos project. For anyone who might possibly have the "Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 Reloaded" book this is on page 579. This is what the page says:
"Revellos has store located in several states. The sales manager has asked you to create an application that he can use to enter the following information for each store: the store number, the state in which the store is located, and the store manager's name. The application should save the information in a sequential access file. Each stores information should appear on a separate line in the file. In other words, the first stores number, state name, and manager ame should appear on the first line in the file. Ok, Norton picked up a few viruses on my computer called JS.SecurityToolFraud and a few others which Norton didn't give names (They Were Trojans) too. Now Norton Says it got rid of these viruses and i need too take no action. Then i got a notice saying something along the lines of " A seciruty risk appeared, no futher action needed. Then i got the same notice after about 15 minutes. So Norton hasn't got rid off it, is there anyways i can ensure that the viruses and the trojans Ps. I think the Trojans name was .dropper or something like that, Norton is still running fine, Internet links from google lead me too ad sites. Had to type this in too the bar at the top. Computer running slow.

It looks to me as if they created 2 separate text layers (possibly one layer )and used a gradient overlay
>Layer Styles>Gradient Overlay> see attachment.
You can get the same exact effect playing around with I believe this was done using default setting though
Sorry wasn't sure what the text was so I used BlachTueday(already had it loaded to go)
I added gradient to one word (layer) and left the other untouched

First off you need to make sure your illustrator AI path file is larger in AI than the one you are trying to make over in PS. You can just drag and drop with both programs open literally from artboard to artboard. (You can resize it when you first drag it in to ANY SIZE WITHOUT ANY LOSS or pixelation but after you leave the free transform / you hit enter it is NOT true vector anymore. Make sure your resolution / dpi is 300. I had mine set at the default 72 i think and it was very pixelated. Hope this helps somewhat..

How to fill in certain sections of a drawing

Hi everyone

I've been using Illustrator for a little while and understand some of the tools.

Anyway, I've been drawing stick animals that need some areas coloured in. I have been using the pen tool to draw them, but when I go to "live fill" or use the foreground colour etc it fills all different parts of it. Example. I was trying to fill in an ear I had drawn but it only filled in half of the ear and the entire face.

I'm guessing I'm doing something wrong with the pen tool, but I don't know what.

Please help. It's really frustrating

hi,
personally i don't think your NOT doing anything wrong.. Now i have run into that same situation myself... and in fact have noticed at higher numbers such as 5 or even ten..
I do not not know why what i do know
1. is that the fill seems to overlap and not constrained with the boundries of the line... i see partial transparencies on the overlap ...
2. what i end up doing is to after i made my line i'll make it a selection, rasterize,
and then fill.. at least that give me a sharp line .... the only thing is that at the end of the line i may still see a overlap but not always...

3. i sometimes think the issue is my grahic card (drivers up to date) or maybe the screen resolution.. or something but i don't really don't know... maybe some one with more in depth knowledge will jump in...

Why my computer hangs.?

My computer was running just fine until I visited a normal, news website, one that I visited a 1000 times, and my computer became infected with one of those Fake "Anti-Spyware" viruses. I used both Super Anti-spyware and Malwarebyte's malware programs to finally get rid of that virus, and I rebooted my computer. The virus is gone, my computer is running fine again, except I can't use the Internet Explorer or Safari web browsers (I'm using Netscape now). Whenever I open a window in IE or Safari, I get an error message, "Cannot display web page." This happened once before, and I used the System Restore function to take my computer back to a time before a virus hit. But now, System Restore won't start, nor can I get my computer to work in Safe Mode. How do I get System Restore to start up again? I tried several different ways, but nothing is working. Help! (I have an HP Pavilion Desktop PC with Windows XP Media Edition). Thanx in advance!

Okay, well my computer is filled with worms and virus. I have tried downloads, on a variety of computers, which run everything from Windows 95, right up through XP. On every computer that I have ever tried, I have tried to stay on "safe" sites, such as Download.com, to download operations programs, screensavers, and so on (Download.com is just an example, of dozens of so-called web-sites I have tried). Wouldn't you know it, though. At evewry single site, that I can mention, I have brought back viruses, worms, and "tons" of spy-ware. And this is from the "clean", "safe", web-sites. I know that the best hackers can penetrate any connection, including D.S.L., dial-up, and any other connection, to inject bad codes into home computers. How can internet users "safely" use the internet, without having to worry about hackers, and corporations, "injecting" garbage into our computers? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Connection problems using mcafee?

So I was surfing the internet like I usually do and suddenly Google Chrome shuts down. Now this program called "Antivirus Live" appears to have installed itself. Now as a limited user on this computer, I have no idea this program got in since I can't download anything anyway. I have gotten its counterpart, Antivirus 2008 before and successfully removed it as a limited user but this one is proving to be a challenge. And I do have security, Mcafee, but it falls short when removing malware. Would any of you happen to know how to get rid of this foul program using a limiter user account?
